How do I start my 7-day free trial?

Download the app from the App Store and create an account. You'll automatically start your 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features. You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After 7 days, you'll be automatically enrolled in the monthly subscription at $7.99/month. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. Manage your subscription through your App Store account settings.

How accurate are the calculations?

Our calculations are based on official state child support guidelines. However, the app provides estimates only and is not legal advice. Actual court-ordered amounts may differ based on specific circumstances. Always consult with a qualified attorney for legal guidance.

Can I use this app in my state?

Currently, the app supports calculations based on Alabama child support guidelines. We're actively working to add support for additional states. Check back for updates or contact us to request your state.

What's included in the free version?

The free version allows you to try the calculator with limited calculations. You can see how the app works and understand the calculation methodology. Premium features include:

• Easy sharing via email/text

Note: All calculations are performed and stored locally on your device for privacy. The app does not sync calculation data to the cloud.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings:

• Open Settings on your iPhone
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select Child Support Calculator
• Tap Cancel Subscription

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes. All your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for secure cloud storage. Your calculations and personal information are never shared with third parties. You can export or delete your data anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I share calculations with clients or opposing counsel?

Yes! Premium subscribers can easily share calculations via email or text message. The recipient will receive a formatted summary of the calculation. This is especially useful for family law attorneys coordinating with clients or other attorneys.

What PDF forms does the app generate?

The app generates court-ready PDF forms pre-filled with your calculation data. These forms are based on official state guidelines and can be submitted directly to the court. The exact forms vary by state.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! All calculations and PDF generation work completely offline. Your data is stored locally on your device. You only need an internet connection for account creation, subscription management, and accessing updated calculation formulas.
